Some in colour grading

1. Of course, there are lots of people, who have some favorite colour or colour combination - obvious.

2. Then - there are people, who really dislike one colour. They're able to do everything just to convince to get rid of that particular colour (or combination) in their work - if it had somehow accidentally been recorded - pretty obvious?

3. There are people, who dislike some colour, but when they see it on the screen, they accept it - the flexible ones.

4. There are people, who dislike some colour or combination in works of OTHERS, but when it comes to THEIR work, they ask it to be graded in EXACTLY the same tonality - ok, you want to be first, don't you?

5. Some people care for the smallest hue/lightness shift in secondaries - perfectionists.

6. Some don't even notice, if the shot was green or completely yellowish red, while there's still that beautiful girl on the screen - caring about image is too much waste of money anyway as long as you get the content.

Work in progress - color grading of

Last weeks I've spent grading my cinematography thesis film, directed by Astra Zoldnere. Even tough I thought I came close to finishing it, today the project crashed. Oh, well - sometimes reworking just leads to better result :)
